Persons with Brain Injury (HCBS-BI)

Home and Community Based Services for Persons with Brain Injury (HCBS-BI) is a waiver program for persons sixteen through sixty-four years of age, who would be at risk for hospitalization or nursing facility placement without the provision of HCBS-BI services.
