Health First Colorado (Colorado's Medicaid Program) Home Care Allowance (HCA)
Health First Colorado (Colorado's Medicaid Program) is public health insurance for Coloradans who qualify Special allowance for the purpose of securing services to an individual of any age, in his/her home, based on the case manager's assessment. The HCA is a non-entitlement program designated to serve those client's with the lowest functional abilities and the greatest need for paid care.
Long Term Care Old Age Pension
Provides medical assistance to qualified aged, blind or disabled persons who need the level of care which is delivered in a nursing home. Provides financial assistance and health care benefits to qualified low-income adults age 60 and older
